General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Provider

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you (the customer) and (Doccorrect) regarding the purchase of treatment and medication vouchers, as well as the provision of remote treatments and medications via the website www.doccorrect.com. Our General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively.

2. Subject Matter

Doccorrect does not provide any medical services itself. We arrange remote treatments through partner physicians and, upon request, the delivery of medications through partner pharmacies, provided you purchase the corresponding vouchers from us.

3. Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid delivery address in Germany, and be a self-payer (no billing to health insurance companies).

4. Process

For prescription medications (RX): You complete an online questionnaire. A partner physician will assess your information to determine whether remote treatment is medically suitable for you. If the assessment is positive, you can purchase a voucher for the remote treatment and, if desired, for the medication.

For over-the-counter medications (OTC): You can directly purchase a voucher for the desired OTC product without a questionnaire.

The treatment contract is concluded directly with the cooperating physician. The purchase contract for medications is concluded directly with the supplying pharmacy.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. This right expires prematurely for services (such as remote treatment) as soon as they have been fully provided with your express consent and after confirmation of the expiration. The right of withdrawal for medications does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., after opening the blister pack).

6. Payment

Prices include statutory sales tax. A service fee is charged for arranging remote treatment. Payment is made in advance (e.g., credit card, PayPal, direct debit). Treatment and delivery will only begin after full payment has been received.

7. Liability

Doccorrect is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). doccorrect processes data to fulfill the contract and as a processor for physicians and pharmacies.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, our registered office. Our customer service (no medical advice) can be reached at support@doccorrect.com and DE +49 123456789.
